We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and fragrance oils available. To maintain our commitment to high-quality products at reasonable costs, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

What can be returned?

Diffusers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Bundle Packs: If you purchased a bundle containing an LX Diffuser and fragrance oils, only the diffuser is eligible for return. The credit issued will be the purchase price minus the current website market pricing for the fragrance oil.
What cannot be returned?

Fragrance Oils: Due to health and safety reasons, fragrance oils cannot be returned. We encourage you to purchase our Blotter Sample Pack to try scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Clearance Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Mystery Items: Mystery items cannot be returned.
- Security Deposits: Security deposits are non-refundable unless all subscription conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Condition: Returned diffusers must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. This includes all original components, such as packaging, molds, and books.

Fees: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible diffuser returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. If the original shipping cost incurred by Brilliant Scents exceeds our flat $10 shipping fee, the excess amount will be deducted from your refund.
Note: All refunds for product prices will be applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommend insuring the return and obtaining tracking information. Please allow up to 10 business days to process returns.
How to Return an Item:
- To initiate a return, please call us at 800-640-4504 or email us at concierge@brilliantscents.com within 14 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded or accepted.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the return for your protection.
- All refunds are issued once the item has been returned and accepted by our facilities. As soon as we issue the refund, it takes around 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect to your bank.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package. The release of your package is at the sole discretion of customs agents. Please note that, in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
