WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Boca Raton, FL. USA. We offer all Expedited Fedex SHIPPING to all locations within the United States.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders Typically Will Be Shipped Out The Same Day As Placed. Shipping Times Vary From 1-3 Business Days Depending On Your Location. All Our Shipments Are Fully Insured.
RETURN POLICY
We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and fragrance oils available. To maintain our commitment to high-quality products at reasonable costs, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
We stand behind your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is straightforward:
-Diffusers: Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging.
-Fragrance Oils: Non-refundable due to health and safety reasons. We recommend purchasing our Blotter Sample Pack to sample any scents before buying.
-Sale Items: All sales are final and cannot be returned.
-Mystery Items: Non-refundable.
-Security Deposits: Non-refundable unless all subscription conditions are satisfied.
-Bundle Packs: If a bundle includes an LX Diffuser and accompanying oil bottles, only the diffuser is eligible for return. The credit issued will be the purchase price minus the current website market pricing for the fragrance oil.
Please note:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
– A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible diffuser returns, based on the original purchase price.
– If original shipping charges incurred by Brilliant Scents exceed our flat $10 shipping fee, the excess will be deducted from the refund.
Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition, including packaging, molds, books, etc.
To initiate a return, please call us at 800-640-4504 or email us at [email protected] within 14 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded or accepted.
All refunds for product prices will be applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommend insuring the return and obtaining tracking information. Please allow up to 10 business days to process returns.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package. The release of your package is at the sole discretion of customs agents. Please note that, in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
