  • Delivery Times: Delivery times typically take up to 5 business days depending on your location. We choose the best possible option for your package based on the size and location.
  • Same-day Fulfillment: All orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm [EST] are shipped out on the same day. If you place an order after 12pm it will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Holiday Season: During holiday season including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years delivery times might take longer - We kindly ask for your patience and allow up to 14 days for delivery during periods of higher-than-normal order volume.
  • Insured Shipments: For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured.
  • Signature upon Delivery: Some orders depending on the cost of the order might require a signature from an adult upon delivery.
