Troubleshoot Your
Diffuser
Before sending your diffuser for repair, please review our professional checklist. Many performance issues can be resolved in minutes.
Ensure the diffuser is properly connected to the power adapter and outlet.
Try plugging the diffuser into a different outlet to rule out electrical issues.
Check if the indicator light on the diffuser turns on.
LX500 V2: Ensure the unit is fully charged before testing (connect to charger if low).
Tighten the unit securely; apply extra pressure if needed to ensure it is fully locked.
Leave a small air gap at the top of the bottle; do not overfill as it blocks airflow.
Remove and reinstall the bottle firmly, ensuring it is properly aligned and tightened.
Check that the diffusion tube is not bent, twisted, or blocked.
Maintenance: Use our diffuser cleaner at least once every two months for optimal performance.
The Flashlight Test
Can't see the mist?
Brilliant Scents uses advanced cold-air nebulization. The mist is a micro-fine vapor and is often invisible. Try shining a flashlight near the outlet; if you see a fine "smoke-like" vapor, your unit is working perfectly.
