Cancellation policy

We offer several convenient ways to purchase our products, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and "try before you buy." Here's a breakdown of each option:

Subscriptions

  • Recurring Deliveries: Enjoy regular deliveries of your favorite fragrance oils based on your chosen schedule.
  • Secure Payments: Your payment information is securely stored, and you'll be automatically charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.
  • Cancellation: You can easily cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Simply click the link available on your account to manage your subscription.
  • Returns and Refunds: For details on returns and refunds for subscription items, please refer to our Return Policy.
  • Term Subscriptions: Some subscriptions may limit you to a specific term [in days/months], you cannot cancel that subscription before the end of the term.
  • Subscription Pricing Policy: Promotional subscription pricing reflects the current sale price of the selected scent at the time of purchase. No additional discounts or promotional stacking apply to subscription orders. After the first month, all subscription renewals will automatically be billed at the standard website pricing in effect at that time, regardless of any initial promotional pricing.   

     

Brilliant Scents Subscription Policy – 24 & 36 Month Term Commitments

When enrolling in a 24-month or 36-month fragrance oil and scent diffuser subscription with Brilliant Scents through Affirm or any other financing or payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Term Commitment

    By selecting a 24-month or 36-month subscription term, you are committing to the full duration of the agreement. Early cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

  2. Equipment & Fragrance Fulfillment

    Your subscription includes a luxury scent diffuser and 24 or 36 bottles of fragrance oil, depending on the selected term. You may choose to receive your oils all at once or have them shipped monthly, as per your preference at checkout.

  3. Warranty Coverage

    In the event your diffuser is not functioning properly, you are protected under our product warranty. If a system issue qualifies under warranty, Brilliant Scents will replace your diffuser at no cost. A valid warranty claim does not permit cancellation of the subscription term.

  4. Returns & Refunds

    Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their initial order. After the 14-day window, all sales are final and the subscription cannot be canceled or refunded.

  5. Shipment Preferences

    If you have chosen monthly fragrance shipments, Brilliant Scents will store and ship your oils accordingly. Any changes to fragrance selections must be submitted at least 3 business days in advance of the next shipment. If your user portal is temporarily unavailable, all fragrance modification requests must be made via email or phone.


Pre-Orders

  • Secure Your Order: Pre-order allows you to purchase items that are currently out of stock or not yet released.
  • Payment Options: We may require no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at the time of pre-order. Your payment method will be securely stored.
  • Fulfillment: Once the item is available, we will process your order and charge the full or remaining balance to your stored payment method.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you may request a full or partial refund according to our Return Policy.

Wholesale Order Policy

Please note: All wholesale orders are final and cannot be canceled.

Each wholesale order is custom-made to meet the specific needs of the purchaser. This includes the production of tailored fragrances and diffuser systems based on your requested specifications. Because of this, we do not allow cancellations on any volume-based wholesale orders.

In cases where SDS (Safety Data Sheets) or IFRA reports are requested, additional time and resources are dedicated to preparing these documents, making the order process even more specialized.

We kindly ask that all details are carefully reviewed before placing a wholesale order, as all sales are final.

Try Before You Buy

  • Risk-Free Trial: This option allows you to try out a product before committing to a purchase.
  • Authorization: We will authorize your payment method when you place your order.
  • Trial Period: You have a specified amount of time to try the product.
  • Payment: If you keep the item after the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
  • Returns: If you decide not to keep the item, simply return it before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
