Do I need a Brilliant Scents diffuser to use the oils?
No. Our cold-air fragrance oils work with most major nebulizing diffusers on the market. If you already own a competitor's diffuser (Aroma360, Scentiment, AromaTech, Hotel Collection, or similar), our oils will work in it. Don't have a diffuser yet? Start with a Reed Diffuser or Room Spray — same scents, no equipment needed.
How long does one bottle of fragrance oil last?
A 120ml bottle scents a 1,500-2,000 sq ft space for roughly 30-45 days at standard settings. Smaller bottles (20ml sample, 50ml) are sized for trying a scent or covering a single room. Run-time depends on diffuser intensity and how often you run it.
What if I don't love the first scent I order?
Order the Blotter Sample Pack first — it includes scent strips for our most popular fragrances so you can try the library before committing to a full bottle. Or pick a Discovery Set: three smaller bottles of our hotel-inspired bestsellers. If a full-size bottle has been opened, fragrance oils are non-returnable for safety reasons; diffusers can be returned within 14 days.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship same-day or next business day from our Boca Raton warehouse via FedEx 1-2 day for most U.S. addresses. Free shipping on orders over $200.
Are the scents safe around pets and children?
Our fragrances are hypoallergenic and formulated without parabens, phthalates, petroleum, or alcohol. They're IFRA, RIFM, TSCA, and CARB compliant. For cats and birds (which are more sensitive to airborne scent), we recommend running the diffuser at moderate intensity in a well-ventilated space.
