All orders are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Boca Raton, FL. USA. We offer all Expedited Fedex SHIPPING to all locations within the United States.


Orders Typically Will Be Shipped Out The Same Day As Placed. Shipping Times Vary From 1-3 Business Days Depending On Your Location. All Our Shipments Are Fully Insured.


We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and fragrance oils available in the world. In order to provide you with high-quality products at reasonable costs, we ask for no returns after 14 days of purchase.

We guarantee your total satisfaction. It’s simple, we offer Free Returns within 14 days on diffusers and oil – all original packaging must be included. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil you can always sample it. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Samples with our exclusive Blotter Sample kits.

Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. That includes packaging, molds, books, etc.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended ensuring the return and getting the tracking information.  Please allow us up to 10 business days to process returns.
