We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and fragrance oils available in the world. In order to provide you with high-quality products at reasonable costs, we ask for no returns after 14 days of purchase.

We stand behind your complete satisfaction. Our return policy is straightforward: you can return diffusers within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee applies to eligible diffuser returns, calculated based on the original purchase price. If the original shipping charges, incurred by Brilliant Scents and the carrier, exceed our flat fee of $10 for shipping, they will be deducted from the transaction.

The fragrance oils are non-refundable due to health & safety reasons. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil, you can always sample it by purchasing our Blotter Sample pack. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Blotter Sample pack page to purchase.

All “sale” items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. 

Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. That includes packaging, molds, books, etc.

If you want to return an item, please call us at 800-640-4504 or email us at [email protected]within 14 days for a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

Bundle Pack Returns: If a Bundle Pack includes an LX Diffuser and accompanying oil bottles, and a diffuser is returned, the oil bottles with oil can not be refunded.  The credit issued will be the purchase price minus the current website market pricing for the two bottles of oil.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended ensuring the return and getting the tracking information.  Please allow us up to 10 business days to process returns.
