We guarantee your total satisfaction. It’s simple, we offer Returns within 14 days on diffusers – all original packaging must be included. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible diffuser returns. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price.

The fragrance oils are non-refundable due to health & safety reasons. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil, you can always sample it by purchasing our Blotter Sample pack. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Blotter Sample pack page to purchase.

All “sale” items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned. 

Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition. That includes packaging, molds, books, etc.

If you want to return an item, please call us at 800-640-4504 or email us at [email protected]within 14 days for a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

Bundle Pack Returns: If a Bundle Pack includes an LX Diffuser and accompanying oil bottles, and a diffuser is returned, the oil bottles with oil can not be refunded.  The credit issued will be the purchase price minus the current website market pricing for the two bottles of oil.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs, associated fees, duties, and taxes will not be refunded. We recommended ensuring the return and getting the tracking information.  Please allow us up to 10 business days to process returns.
