DIFFUSERS. You will receive LX5000 diffuser machine.
MONTHLY FEE. The table above also shows the Monthly Payment you agree to make each month during the Subscription Period by automatic payment from your credit card.
AROMA OILS FOR. Each Diffuser you are ordering comes with a subscription for the Aroma Oils (“Oil”), i.e. (1) 500ML bottle of Oil per month, provided to you for each month of your subscription.
WARRANTY. The Diffuser is under warranty with the Company for 36-months from the Effective Date as set forth below.
DEFINITIONS. “Customer” or “You” means the customer whose name and signature appear below. The “Company” is Brilliant Scents, LLC, a Florida company as set forth below. “Effective Date” is the date set forth below the Customer’s name and signature. “Product” means the Diffuser and Oil.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. The Customer signing below authorizes Brilliant Scents, LLC to charge his/her Credit Card for the Monthly Amount above as of the date of this agreement and for each month after the subscription has ended. You will be charged the Monthly Fee amount indicated above each monthly billing period. The charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no prior notification will be provided by the Company unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from the Company at least 10 days prior to the next recurring payment being collected.
TERMS. Customer agrees to be and is bound by the Terms and Conditions of Subscription below, which is incorporated herein by reference. The customer agrees that by signing below Customer is agreeing to pay the Monthly Amount each month for the length of the subscription.
