Bloom 
These oils are not healthy for humans and dogs. I received thos scent last week and put it in our HVAC system. At first I thought maybe I had the volume/hr to high so I turned the machine off. Let our home air out completely, turned the v/hr to the lowest setting and started diffusing it again and it had the exact same effect. It caused us to cough repeatedly, as well as make our lungs feel like we were breathing in something we shouldn't, and our eyes were watering. We are not new to home scenting. We have used 3 different HVAC brands and SEVERAL different fragrance oil companies. The products from Brilliant Scents just don't feel like quality products. Pay the extra money from other suppliers. You get what you pay for.
